Warm and Wet Start to the Week
It's a mild Monday morning, but temperatures vary depending on where you live. We have seen morning lows dip into the upper 40s north of I-69, but only falling into the 60s closer to the state line. There is some early morning fog along and north of I-69.
SUNRISE: 6:31AM
Increasing clouds today and winds will be picking up with gusts around 25 to 30 mph. It will be a warm, southwesterly breeze taking temperatures into the upper 70s, close to 80. Rain and storm chances increase later this afternoon/evening. Some storms could be strong, but we are not under a severe threat. The timeframe is after 2pm, but a better chance of them being after 6pm on the east side. This could impact the Tigers game that is set to start at 6:40pm.
SUNSET: 8:31AM
Otherwise, dry and slightly cooler on Tuesday as we peel back the cloud cover. We still will be well above average with highs in the low 70s. Staying in the 70s through the week. Next chance for rain arrives on Friday.
